Wellness Offscript: Refund & Return Policy

All purchases are subject to the terms below. Because we offer several types of products and services, refund eligibility depends on the category. To request a refund or report a problem, contact our Care Team at WellnessOffscript@gmail.com with your order number within the applicable window.

Supplements & physical products. For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened products in original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the product price, less original shipping. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

At-home lab kits. Unopened and unregistered kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less shipping. Once a kit has been opened, registered, activated, or used, it is non-refundable, as laboratory processing costs are incurred and used kits cannot be reused.

Consultations & services. Consultations, Lab reviews and other practitioner services are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place. Also, if a service has not been booked for over 90 days from date of purchase, you forfeit your right to refund. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are forfeited and non-refundable. Also we reserve the right to impose a no-show fee of $50 per occurrence.

Programs (including Exit Protocol, GLP-1 Optimization, and Hormone Support). Programs are non-refundable once the program has begun — defined as the first scheduled consultation, or the release of any program labs or materials, whichever comes first. If you cancel before your program begins, you will be refunded the amount paid, less the cost of any consultations, labs, or materials already provided.

Memberships (recurring billing). Memberships bill automatically on a recurring basis on your renewal date. There is a 6 month commitment for the first 6 months of your membership, after that it is month to month. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date by emailing WellnessOffscript@gmail.com, messaging in your Practice Better portal to us or managing your membership on the website at www.wellnessoffscript.com and cancellation stops all future billing. Membership fees already billed are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time; your access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.

No guarantee of results. Our programs and services are educational and wellness-focused, delivered with practitioner oversight. Individual results vary, and refunds are not issued on the basis of outcomes or results.

Defective or incorrect orders. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Questions before disputing a charge. If you have any concern about a charge, please contact our Care Team first — we resolve most issues quickly and directly, often faster than a formal dispute.
