Lauren Busch
Functional Nurse | Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner | Women’s Health Educator
Lauren Busch is a Functional Nurse, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), and global women’s health educator specializing in hormone, gut, and metabolic health.
With over a decade of experience in wellness education, Lauren is known for her ability to translate complex clinical and functional health science into clear, practical guidance women can actually use. She has spoken internationally on stage and teaches women weekly across global platforms, helping them better understand their bodies and make informed, sustainable health decisions.
Before entering the wellness industry, Lauren worked as a Medical Intensive Care step-down Registered Nurse—a background that continues to shape her systems-based, root-cause approach. Her work bridges conventional clinical training with functional nutrition, supporting women navigating hormone imbalance, gut dysfunction, and metabolic stress with clarity rather than overwhelm.
Lauren has been featured on dozens of podcasts and is widely respected for building trust, confidence, and competence in women seeking long-term health solutions—without fear, extremes, or quick fixes.
Above all, Lauren is a mother of nine and married to her high school sweetheart, John. Her work is deeply personal, shaped by navigating her own family’s health challenges and driven by a commitment to help women advocate for their bodies, their families, and their long-term vitality.
Outside the clinic, Lauren loves simple things, campfires with the kids, great BBQ's and games together. She also holds a corporate job and travels the US as well as internationally speaking and inspiring crowds from her own health experiences and learning.
