She has spoken internationally on stage and teaches women weekly across global platforms, helping them better understand their bodies and make informed, sustainable health decisions.

Before entering the wellness industry, Lauren worked as a Medical Intensive Care step-down Registered Nurse—a background that continues to shape her systems-based, root-cause approach. Her work bridges conventional clinical training with functional nutrition, supporting women navigating hormone imbalance, gut dysfunction, and metabolic stress with clarity rather than overwhelm.

With experience in the healthcare space since 2005, Heather brings a deep understanding of patient care, clinical workflows, and the importance of clear, compassionate communication. Her long-standing background allows her to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and create systems that support both excellence and ease.

Heather is passionate about functional health, patient empowerment, and education, believing that informed patients are more confident, engaged, and successful in their wellness journeys. She plays a key role in shaping the patient experience—from first contact through ongoing care—making sure every interaction feels supportive, organized, and human.

In addition to her operational leadership, Heather is a natural at social media and patient engagement, helping translate complex wellness concepts into approachable, empowering messages that resonate beyond the clinic walls.

With a background as a personal assistant, front desk manager, and social media expert, Brooke brings a unique blend of administrative precision, people-first service, and modern communication skills to her role. Brooke is often the first point of contact for patients, and she takes pride in making every interaction feel supportive, clear, and stress-free. Whether she’s coordinating schedules, managing logistics, or helping patients navigate next steps, her goal is always the same: to make the experience seamless and positive from start to finish.

Outside of work, Brooke is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they share life with their beloved bunny, Burton—who has earned honorary mascot status around the office. 🐰

Currently completing nursing school, Natalie brings a rare blend of clinical training and holistic expertise to her work—bridging modern medicine with root-cause, whole-body approaches to skin, energy, and long-term vitality.

Natalie is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), Master Medical Esthetician, Medical Assistant in urgent care, and a certified phlebotomist, giving her hands-on experience across both traditional clinical care and functional, wellness-focused modalities. This diverse background allows her to look beyond surface-level symptoms and understand how internal imbalances show up externally—especially through the skin.
