Heather Pilla is the heart and organizational backbone of our practice. As Office Manager, she ensures that every detail—from scheduling and communication to daily operations—runs smoothly, efficiently, and with intention, allowing both patients and providers to stay focused on what matters most: healing and progress.
With experience in the healthcare space since 2005, Heather brings a deep understanding of patient care, clinical workflows, and the importance of clear, compassionate communication. Her long-standing background allows her to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and create systems that support both excellence and ease.
Heather is passionate about functional health, patient empowerment, and education, believing that informed patients are more confident, engaged, and successful in their wellness journeys. She plays a key role in shaping the patient experience—from first contact through ongoing care—making sure every interaction feels supportive, organized, and human.
In addition to her operational leadership, Heather is a natural at social media and patient engagement, helping translate complex wellness concepts into approachable, empowering messages that resonate beyond the clinic walls.
Outside of work, Heather is a proud mom of four, bringing the same level of care, strength, and heart to her family life that she brings to the practice every day.
