Fertility Optimization with Sarah Berube
Getting pregnant is only part of the equation. Preparing your body for a healthy pregnancy deserves just as much attention. Learn at your own pace, or add 12 weeks of live group coaching with Sarah.
The bigger picture
For too long, women have been led to believe that preparing for pregnancy means taking a prenatal vitamin, tracking ovulation, and hoping for the best. But reproductive health is so much more complex than that.
These are all pieces of a much bigger picture. Yet so many women don’t begin exploring them until they’re already struggling to conceive or have experienced pregnancy loss.
Fertility education should be proactive, not just reactive.
Why are we waiting until a woman has spent months trying to conceive, or endured the heartbreak of miscarriage, before we start having deeper conversations about her reproductive health? Every woman deserves to understand her body, whether she’s preparing for her very first pregnancy or searching for answers after years of heartbreak.

Sarah’s story
I experienced four miscarriages before welcoming my rainbow baby girl.
I followed the advice I was given. I attended the appointments. I tried to trust the process. But after so much loss, I wanted to better understand my own body. So I started researching.
I invested in private fertility care, worked with reproductive specialists and functional health practitioners, and explored additional testing. I learned about hormone patterns and ovulation, nutrient deficiencies, thyroid and metabolic health, egg and sperm health, gut health, the reproductive microbiome, environmental exposures, and which medical investigations are appropriate for recurrent pregnancy loss.
Eventually, I welcomed my rainbow baby girl. After her birth, I experienced another devastating miscarriage. And today, I’m incredibly grateful to be carrying another little girl.
I can’t tell you any single test, supplement, or lifestyle change was responsible. But the knowledge I gained changed the way I approached my reproductive health.
I couldn’t stop thinking about how different my experience might have been if I’d had this education from the very beginning.

Your guide
Founder of Healing for Motherhood · Fertility Educator & Advocate · in partnership with Wellness Offscript
I’m Sarah, a mom, a five-time miscarriage survivor, and the founder of Healing for Motherhood. My journey into fertility education began with heartbreak, unanswered questions, and a desperate desire to understand why I kept losing my babies.
I experienced four consecutive miscarriages before welcoming my rainbow baby girl in 2022. After her birth, I experienced another devastating loss. Every one of my miscarriages happened before eight weeks, and each was classified as unexplained.
Over the past six years, I’ve dedicated countless hours to understanding reproductive health, recurrent pregnancy loss, functional testing, hormone health, nutrition and the microbiome. I invested in private fertility care, worked with reproductive specialists and functional health practitioners, and learned how to advocate for investigations that hadn’t previously been part of my care.
I truly believe God can bring purpose from even our deepest pain. Through the heartbreak of losing five babies, I found my calling: bridging the gap between what women are routinely taught about their reproductive health and the deeper conversations many don’t encounter until they’re already struggling. Today I share that education with a community of tens of thousands of women, and I’m incredibly grateful to be carrying another baby girl.
I’m not a doctor or licensed medical professional. My goal isn’t to diagnose or prescribe. It’s to share the education I wish I’d had before my first miscarriage, so you don’t have to spend years piecing it together yourself.
You deserve to understand your fertility before you’re left searching for answers. You deserve to be heard. And you don’t have to walk this alone.
With love and faith, Sarah
